Customers must ensure that packages are addressed correctly using the US mailing address and assigned mailbox number provided by 143FSL.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by airlines, airports, customs, weather, equipment issues, port operations, security requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

143FSL may weigh, measure, inspect, open, repackage or otherwise process packages where reasonably necessary for shipping, security, customs or operational purposes.

3. INVOICES & PACKAGE INFORMATION

Customers may be required to submit invoices, receipts, order confirmations, proof of payment or other information relating to their packages.

Customers must provide accurate and authentic information about the contents and value of their shipments.

143FSL may delay processing or clearance where required documentation has not been provided.

Customers must not request or instruct 143FSL to undervalue, misrepresent, conceal or falsely describe the contents or value of a package.

Customers may be responsible for any costs, penalties, seizure, disposal, return or other consequences resulting from prohibited, restricted, undeclared or improperly declared goods.

7. DELIVERY & PICKUP

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive deliveries where applicable.

Packages may require identification or other verification before release.

Customers are responsible for collecting or arranging delivery of their packages within three (3) months from the date the package is received by 143FSL and made available for collection or delivery.

143FSL does not provide indefinite storage of customer packages.

Where a package remains uncollected for three (3) months, 143FSL reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to treat the package as abandoned and to sell, auction, dispose of or otherwise deal with the package in order to recover outstanding expenses.

Such expenses may include:

Shipping charges;
Customs duties and taxes;
