- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to you.
- Do I need a separate sea freight address?
- No you do not. Once your item exceeds 50lbs, it will be shipped by sea.
- How do I avoid customs charges?
- Once your order is below USD$100, you will not attract any customs fee. You would pay according to the weight of the package.
- How long will it take my packages to get to Jamaica.
- The average processing and delivery time for packages is 5-7 days.
- Where do we pick up our packages?
- We are currently mobile and as such pick up is done at Main Street May Pen Clarendon. Once your item(s) is available for pickup you will be notified.
- Where do you offer free delivery?
- Free delivery is offered for offices within May Pen and along the main of Hayes and Lionel Town Clarendon.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No there is not. There is, however, a processing fee of JMD$250 per package.
